You’ll receive your programme straight to your phone every day through the app I use. This allows us to track your progress accurately, feedback after each workout and allows me to provide a streamlined, accurate and effective service – for you.
Our 1 to 1 or face to face sessions can be changed week to week depending on your needs. Need that extra push, unsure on your technique or looking to learn something new? This time is about how best I can help you with my coaching experience or nutritional knowledge. Don’t worry you won’t be forced on the scales every week with me. I encourage a positive relationship with food and don’t demonise the good stuff.
