I've been self-employed in the fitness industry now successfully for 10 years. (Including managing Bannatynes Folkestone for two years) I'm a Level 4 Personal Trainer specialising in Strength and Conditioning training and Boxing/ Box for Fitness.
I have trained with a variety of clients, ranging from Bodybuilders competing in competitions and professional athletes, all the way to complete gym novices or newcomers, each having different goals, ways of training, strengths and weaknesses. So whatever your fitness goals may be; may it be losing weight, learning a new skill or even to perfect your technique to get the most out of your workout, I can help you!
