Daniel Buga

Hi, I’m Daniel and long story short, at 23 years old, after years of a poor diet, bad eating habits and a sedentary lifestyle a simple doctor’s check-up led to a very scary diagnostic. I had Obesity level 1 with high blood pressure and weighed 122 kg.

When the doctor explained to me what could happen if I continued to go down this road, it was like a slap on the face and a cold shower at the same time.

I started to clean up my diet and exercise as much as I could. I joined a gym a couple of months later and discovered different styles of training. My main ones were Weight training, Functional training and HIIT training.

After over six years of working out on my own I've learnt how to train safely and execute tough exercises without causing any injuries, found my balance in diet and managed to lose over 40 kg.

Living a healthy life has become a lifestyle.

I've qualified as a Personal Trainer because I've developed a passion for training and want to introduce people to a more active and healthy lifestyle.

With my six years' of experience of going through this process I want to help you to achieve your goal and surpass whatever challenge you may have. I have the drive and enthusiasm to get you where you want to be!
