So a little about me...I’m Dan, not only have I undertaken my own weight loss journey, going from 224lbs to 168lbs, I have also competed in the Great North Run, Edinburgh Marathon, Tough Mudder (on six occasions) and completely changed my body composition.
I have a real passion for helping people who want to make positive changes to their life by making smarter choices; allowing you to lead a healthy life without restriction or hindrance.
My philosophy is simple, not just show you what to do, but educate you in why you do it. My approach is tailored to the individual and what you want to achieve and given my own personal achievements and experiences I feel I have a good foundation to help you avoid some of the mistakes I made along the way. I also want to make the process an enjoyable one, ensuring it really is as tailored to your likes and needs as possible.
