My name's Dan, I own and manage PER4M Fitness. I've been a Personal Trainer and nutritionist for six years now, in that time my passion for and knowledge of everything in the world of fitness has grown and grown. 

As a competitive bodybuilder and athlete, I've been able to gain a high level of experience in understanding all methods to get the best results possible. This is including body transformations, basic nutritional understanding, and permanent changes to peoples lifestyles where there has previously been a struggle. It doesn't have to be boring chicken and rice, or tuna and salad six times a day. Balance and enjoyment, cake can still be eaten.

If you're willing to work and put the effort in, I'll give you double in return to ensure we reach your potential with the lasting results everyone craves.
