I escaped the corporate world to follow my passion in Health and Fitness, now working as a Personal Trainer and Online Coach based here at PureGym Edinburgh West!

I have a slightly varied sporting/fitness past including:
• Rowing for Scotland
• Bulking to 107kg
• Cutting 15kg of fat in 6 months
• Completing a half Ironman (full distance next!)
• Running a marathon
