I got into fitness like many people very unsure of what to do. After researching topics and putting it into practice with my friends and on myself I started seeing the mental benefits it brought us from achieving things we never thought possible, and shaping my body into a physique I thought as a chubby kid I would never attain. I wanted to help others achieve this in their lives and that is how I got onto the path to where I am now.
Whether you are stepping into a gym for the first time, maybe you have been going for a while but feeling like you are going in circles. Or possibly you are experienced and looking for an extra push to achieve your goals. What I am able to do is make the gym environment feel less daunting and become enjoyable, show you different ways to train so that we find out what best suits your goals, lifestyle and what you enjoy the most.
