Hey there, my name is Craig. I’ve had a big passion for fitness and sport most of my life. I’ve played football, rugby and golf from a young age so I have a good discipline for general fitness. Moving into my adult years I got married and became a father of three. During this period I gained a lot of weight and became extremely unhealthy.
As a result I decided to make a change. I wanted to push myself to make necessary changes to my appearance and health. I succeeded in dropping three stone, gained a decent amount of muscle and a wealth of experience along the way. My confidence is now at an all-time high.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer after seeing the changes I was able to make to myself and the amount of enjoyment I got from it. I love the thought of passing my knowledge onto other people such as you.
