Connie Raitt
For me, fitness and training is something that grew over time, it wasn't something that I have always enjoyed but gradually my love for the lifestyle grew. I've come from someone who cared very little about anything to do with health and fitness to seeing what this lifestyle could do for me both mentally and physically and know moving over to this way of life is possibly the best change I could have ever made. Along the way I also found a real passion for helping other people bring out and reveal their love for it. This is where being a Personal Trainer comes in to play.
I don't necessarily think fitness comes naturally for everyone, but I do believe you have the ability to learn the skills and I believe that there is something out there for everyone. You just have to find what it is.
Discovering a way of training that you enjoy is absolutely essential for sticking to your training, staying dedicated and achieving your goals. This is something I can help you to do.
I understand that everyone has different goals, but whatever it takes to get there, more often than not most people completely underestimate what they are truly capable of. I love helping people progress and really enjoy pushing them to discover their true potential.
So whether it be weight training, high intensity circuit style training, developing your agility and co-ordination, or improving strength, or losing body fat. Whatever your goals are, I can offer you a personalised plan and training style as well as nutrition advice that will fit around your lifestyle and your schedule to suit your goals.
