My fitness journey began about 18 years ago. I started off as a weightlifter only interested in getting bigger and stronger. After a few years I began to realise having all this extra muscle was slowing me down and affecting my fitness, therefore I decided to tackle this issue.
I began kickboxing (Muay Thai) and then MMA around 2004 and started fighting pro MMA around 2006. Through this transition I learned many different ways to condition the body and mind, strip body fat and develop a high octane level of fitness. I love the feeling of being fit and enjoy helping others experience that same feeling and transforming their bodies at the same time.
Through my own experiences with different dieting and training strategies I have discovered different ways to make training challenging, fun and creative as well as making dieting not so boring. I used these strategies on myself and now enjoy helping others achieve their ideal body and fitness levels. My sessions are challenging yet fun, imaginative, effective and my clients get great results.
