With over six years' of training experience, I truly believe I can help you meet any of your health or fitness related goals. As a skinny teenager with little self-confidence and a low self-esteem, getting into the gym was definitely a big changing point in my life. After seeing the transformation in my body, not to mention my mindset, made through proper structured training, I developed a love for the gym, made fitness a huge part of my life and have never looked back since.
Having started my career as a Personal Trainer at David Lloyd, I gained an endless amount of knowledge through this and have impacted many people’s lives in a positive way during this time. I would, therefore, love the opportunity to share my knowledge with you and have a positive impact on your life too, by helping you to achieve your goals and become a stronger, healthier and more confident person. I specialise in body transformation and improving body composition through resistance training, cardio protocols, nutritional advice/guidance and mindset coaching all backed up by extensive knowledge gained through a degree in Exercise and Fitness Management.
