Chris Rendall

Personal Training lets me connect and have a positive influence on more people’s lives than I could in any other way, which is really important to me.  

During my time at Uni my life changed when I discovered my passion for strength based training - I came out of my shell and started feeling happier and even a bit more ‘alive’. My goal is to reach out and connect with people to provide, so that they can experience that same change. I aim to help people who are committed to making a lifestyle change. I help my clients to enjoy the process and feel confident in their abilities. I work with clients between the ages of 20-50 (non-exclusively) who require a sustainable programme to fit around a busy schedule, ideally with some base level of fitness experience.

I’m a friendly and approachable guy, and I’ve worked and collaborated with all kinds of people from all walks of life - so if you have any questions please feel free to get in touch, or just come and say hi when you see me in the gym (I’m in there a lot!).
