Chris Maynard
I'm a qualified physiotherapist with experience of both the NHS and private practice. I've helped runners, long jumpers and weight lifters recover from injuries and return to their training programmes. I've also had great success with clients who have suffered from back pain and osteoarthritis. It's my firm belief that the right kind of exercise can have a dramatic impact on this type of condition and the quality of life for people who suffer from them.
Strength training is a particular passion of mine and something that I include in the vast majority of my programmes for clients. I strongly feel that my background and knowledge of anatomy and biomechanics allows clients to maximise results in a safe and effective way.
I'm an honest, down to earth and friendly trainer who is not afraid to push people outside of their comfort zone in order to reach their goals and get results.
