What I offer - Experience and knowledge allowing me to develop a premium fitness programme tailored specifically to your needs and goals. If you would like to lose weight, gain muscle, tone up, have better endurance, be more explosive or if you just want to fit into that old pair of jeans I will get you there through a well-planned fitness programme and general tips on how to live a healthier lifestyle.
What I’m looking for from you - A person that wants to change but may not know how to get the results they want. You must be willing to commit to your goals, and to ensure that you do this you will have to sign a contract that ties you into your training for as long as it takes you to reach your fitness and body goals.
My Background - I have been involved in competitive sports almost my whole life, starting with close to a decade of swimming, moving on to eight years' of American Football, to now competing in submission grappling for the past two years, so I have had no choice but to train. Not only that, but train towards my goals so that I could succeed and ultimately win.
Through the variety of different sports I have trained for and competed in I have had to develop an in-depth knowledge of different training styles for different fitness needs.
What is next?
Getting in shape isn’t just about looking good, it makes you feel good on the inside too and it's something that everybody should have control over in their life. That way you can maximise your potential, inside and out of the gym.
