Chloe Scannell
I started my fitness journey just like everybody else, not really knowing what to do in the gym and being overwhelmed by the amount of machines and ways to exercise there was. As I started to become more aware of the benefits of the gym I increased my knowledge through social media and speaking to people in the industry. From the age of 3 I have competed in Irish dance competitions all around the world therefore I had always been very active.
I then started to help friends and family planning workouts for the gym which were suited to their needs. Their reaction, results and feedback made me feel so happy and from that point on I knew I wanted to pursue it as a career helping people change their lifestyle.
I am dedicated to making each session fun, enjoyable, challenging and personalised to each individual including nutrition advice if needed. I also feel like it is important to help my clients understand what’s best for them and help them change their mental state not just physical state as this helps their overall lifestyle and journey.
If you feel like this is what you need, feel free to contact me and I’d be more than happy to have a chat about how you can take the first step in achieving your goals, together!
