Chloe Napier
I originally started exercising as a way to lose weight but what I gained out of it was so much more. Not only did I feel physically better but mentally stronger too, training has become a true passion. I’ve run various 10ks, half marathons and The London Marathon. Results come from hard work and dedication, but it’s totally worth all the effort as gaining strength and getting fit leaves you with a sense of empowerment and builds an inner confidence.
I’m also a qualified 500hr Yoga Teacher. I trained in the foothills of the Himalayas in India, twice. For me, it’s all about Cross training, the weight training has helped with yoga poses and yoga has helped lengthen muscles and keeps me flexible. As no one wants a tense and tight body with knots. My Yogi Guru told me flexibility is what keeps the body young.
Nutrition plays a big part in achieving our goals, a slight surplus for muscle growth and a calorie deficit for weight loss, but it's finding that balance, this is something I will be able to guide you on.
So, if you are new to the gym and don’t know where to start or have some goals you want to achieve or set, an event you want to train for, or want to try yoga asana but are unsure of the poses, I’ll be happy to chat and work out a programme for your needs. I have a fun approach but one that will help you build confidence and give you the tools you need to continue your fitness journey.
One last note to remember, fitness isn’t all about the numbers on the scale it’s about general wellbeing and feeling comfortable in ourselves. That’s what I want to promote ~ A Healthy Happy You.
