Hi, I’m Chloe, 

I see myself as a passionate Personal Trainer who loves motivating others, encouraging positive thinking and changing people’s outlook on health and wellbeing.

I started training as I was unhappy with my weight after pregnancy and knew something had to change. After contemplating surgery for many months, I joined my local gym and began training four times a week whilst following a healthy balanced diet. Once I started to see visual results, I gained confidence in my training allowing me to try new exercises and equipment.  

My love is weight training, I’m constantly pushing myself to excel. 

Helping and supporting others with their training and nutrition, setting goals to achieve results is something I enjoy. Seeing a client's confidence increase through training makes being a Personal Trainer very rewarding.
