My journey in fitness started when I decided I wanted to make a change in my lifestyle and body confidence. After years of not really taking care of myself, I joined this very gym and with the help of a Personal Trainer I blossomed.
Six years on, I am a Personal Trainer: my biggest achievement to date. My passions lay in nutrition, strength and cross training, sprinkled with running.
I help you learn how to manage those choices, implement strategies that work for you and make you sweat in order to get to your goal. I like to take a truly personal approach to both my training and that of my clients. I run a beginners 6 weeks Lifting club as lifting is such an empowering training style. From barbell squats to hip thrusts, I want to guide you to become a confident, skilled, dispel myths and help you become confident, knowledgeable, skilled and strong so you can mould your own fitness journey.
Music and food are my other huge passions. You can see me around the gym humming my favourite tune, and blogging about fitness, foodie recipes and my own experiences in this new career.
I have been there myself, I understand the struggles you have to face and I am here to help you get results and love yourself beyond body image.
