Following my career as a midwife I decided to chase my passion for fitness and become a Personal Trainer.
The passion I have for motivating, inspiring, encouraging and empowering women stems from not only being a midwife but also being a mother to a daughter. After my childbirth I gained three stone and within six months I had safely shed this weight and also toned up muscles that I never knew existed!
As your Personal Trainer, I will teach you all that I know, I believe that educating my clients is vital in empowering them to carry on with the healthy lifestyle habits that we establish together.
I am a very understanding Personal Trainer and I understand that everybody’s fitness journey is individual to them and everyone starts at a different place mentally and physically. All of my clients have seen massive improvements in both of these areas of their life.
