Hey I'm chellee.

I got into fitness through illness. I was told I had to have a major operation, which meant a very long recovery period. I had never even been to a gym before, I made sure I kept myself fit and healthy before the run up to my operation so it all ran smoothly, this was when I discovered my passion for fitness. 

As a child I was always very underweight, but since doing bodybuilding. I have kept my weight at a nice healthy level, training hard to sculpt my body to how I want it to look. 

I do believe that exercise can be life changing factors no matter what age people start to resume participation. Part of being a good trainer means being a good role model. I want to inspire and motivate people of all ages, to share the importance of consistency needed in both training and nutrition. 

As a personal trainer I want to share my enthusiasm, encourage a healthier happy lifestyle, and help you realise what your body is capable of. I believe with the right training program, a bit of determination & support, anyone can achieve their goals. "You are never too old to set another goal or to dream a new dream.
