Any average trainer can get clients to lose, or put on weight. But the true art-science is the ability to truly change someone’s physique; their structure, body shape & composition.
How do we choose the best exercise variation for a muscle group? How can we optimise given exercises to maximise what we take from them? How do we manipulate exercises to work with (not against) your specific bio-mechanics? If these questions aren’t being addressed, then your progress will be just a fraction of its potential.
To that end, I specialise in coaching those who seek to maximise their results - we’ll work together to address all contributing variables; training, nutrition and wellbeing (sleep, recovery, digestion etc.). Ultimately, I help people optimise how they train, eat, and feel.
