Chantelle Palmer
My passion for health & fitness started at a young age from growing up spending most of my time in a gym, training and competing in gymnastics. From then on I knew I wanted a career training people, if it wasn’t gymnastics then it was helping people get strong, feel confident and achieve goals they couldn’t do on their own.
I started teaching gymnastics and swimming and ending up picking up a full job as a PA whilst teaching on the weekends.
I completed my Personal Training course in 2018 and starting Personal Training after having my daughter.

- Working towards Pre & Post Natal Exercise
