My mission is to help as many people as possible experience the physical, mental and emotional benefits of fitness.

Why am I a Personal Trainer? I know first-hand when you improve your fitness, you’ll wake up every day with new-found confidence and productivity, determined to make the most of the day.

I specialise in safely and effectively coaching weight training techniques by instructing fundamental exercises like the squat, deadlift and bench press. Together we will build lean muscle, tone up and burn body fat using a combination of nutritional advice, resistance training and cardio to achieve your dream body. I aim to make my workouts fun and engaging but most importantly challenging. My focus will be to motivate you and push you to become your best!

My interests lie in building lean muscle, toning up and burning body fat. I am also a huge advocate of HiiT (High Intensity, Interval Training) which I believe is the best method to burning fat and persevering lean muscle.

I have experience training clients and myself for many different types of endurance events such as marathons, Spartan race, Tough Mudder, hiking and trekking.

I work with people of all different fitness levels and abilities; including people with injuries.

Ladies and Gents, listen up, weight lifting will burn body fat and tone. You will not get bulky! When done correctly, you’ll burn more calories on weight training exercises than the equivalent time spent doing cardio. However, we will not neglect cardio as it serves a purpose in all workouts.

My knowledge and experience in strength and conditioning and personal interest in muscle toning and development, means I am the best Personal Trainer/coach to transform your mind and body with a personalised training programme to achieve your needs.
