Hi, I'm Cara. I have always had a passion for fitness and decided to make this my career. From a young age I enjoyed fitness and sports by competing nationally in Tae Kwon Do and football. Teaching classes allows me to help you become motivated and confident in a fun environment. I want to also help you on your individual fitness journey! So contact me for any 1-2-1 or group sessions.
