If I had to describe my work ethic in one it would be empowerment. I pride myself in integrating creative knowledge, positive energy and adaptability into every aspect of my work. Seeing the effects that physical training has on my clients has definitely made my job worthwhile.
My specialities lie in body transformation, muscle development and weight loss. As a Personal Trainer with years of experience, I have a built a strong client base. I have made it a priority to listen to my clients' needs and wants by setting goals and monitoring progress. Expect to be pushed, expect to surprise yourself and expect to be in the best shape of your life. Guiding clients through tailored workouts modified to their fitness abilities.
My goal is to ensure you leave our session feeling strong, uplifted, energised and ready to take on the world.
