I got into training when I wanted to start boxing at around the age of 13. I initially wanted to lose weight and learn how to stand up for myself but got quite good at it, then over the years started getting a knack for coaching, which I proved to be even better at.
I have been Personal Training/class instructing for a long time and accumulated valuable experience as I’ve evolved into a very well rounded Personal Trainer.
Through competing and coaching I have developed skills in all aspects of fitness, including weight loss, cardio fitness, strength and conditioning and nutrition, as well as coaching and bringing through some talented boxers.
