Byron Smith
For as long as I can remember I have been interested in physical activity and being active. Looking to be in a position that allowed me to live this way and be out of the ordinary, I joined the military.
Whilst serving I was part of The 2nd Battalion, The Parachute Regiment, which constantly put my physical and mental abilities to the test. It taught me a lot about myself and what the human body is truly capable of when you have the correct mindset.
Wanting to progress myself as an individual led me down a new path of becoming a PT to help others achieve their own goals, the same way I have achieved mine so far.
