The First time I joined a gym I was a teenager. I couldn’t wait to get started and envisioned how great I would look and feel. Fast Forward a few weeks; I’d taken advantage of my membership only a handful of times and had seen no real change in my body, disheartened, I stopped going.

I imagine a lot of people have had a similar experience; signed up to a gym with the best intentions. But the fact of it is, without the correct knowledge, motivation, self-discipline and guidance, it can be a daunting and difficult challenge to take on. With my expertise and guidance, clients have started to see improvements in their physical fitness within the first month.

10 years on from the teenager that quit going to the gym and now I’m here, a qualified trainer with first-hand experience of what it will take to not only get you to where you want to be but to keep you there. The gym has helped me through some tough times and I believe physical fitness can form an important part of a happy and fulfilled life, and that’s one thing we all have in common right? We all just want to be happy...
