Brad Hadwin
Hi, I’m Brad, and I am your Fitness Coach here at PureGym.
Since the age of 16 I've had a passion of trying to achieve my personal best, in myself and in the gym. And I want to be like that as a Personal Trainer and Lifestyle Coach too.
I don’t just want to push you to become stronger physically but also mentally, for me the gym has been a great way to relieve stress and improve my own mental health. I also understand that not everyone feels comfortable in the gym first stepping in as well as other things going on too.
My aim is to make everyone feel welcome in the gym, as most people feel uncomfortable working out in the gym in front of others as they feel that they may look stupid, they don’t really have a plan or know what they are doing.
Everyone will have a set goal they want to achieve from going to the gym. I aim to help you achieve it and go beyond, with each session specifically designed for you to reach that goal.
For me a Personal Trainer shouldn’t just be for how many hours you’ve booked, they should be there to support you 24/7. Making the step to create the goal can be easy it is getting there that is the hardest part.
Please feel free to discuss any queries you may have about training or reaching a goal.
