“Today is the day”
I have been interested and involved in fitness and sports from a young age and have such a passion for it.
Throughout the years I’ve engaged in many types of fitness courses and sports from 16-19 years old. I was enrolled in military fitness and was on my way into the services (Army). In this time I learnt that I enjoyed helping others achieve their fitness goals so I chose a different career path and have to say after seven years I’m still loving every minute of being a Personal Trainer.
The key to success in your fitness goals whatever they may be is dedication. We don’t all live the celebrity lifestyle. Our lives get busy and priorities change but making time and putting the effort makes the difference.
If you feel it’s time to make a change in your life and get fit and healthy, increase your muscle mass or achieve things you never thought possible, completing mud run etc., I’m waiting.
I will be that positive, helpful and sometimes the person you hate the most if you need that to become a healthier more confident you.
