What if I tell you that the secret of getting in shape is not eating bland foods and hating your life for it? With a proper workout plan and nutritional advice, you will be able to eat the foods that you enjoy, get in shape, feel great and be awesome. So far, I have competed 8 times on a bodybuilding stage, on a national level, dieting down to really low body fat percentages, I know what it takes to make it happen while keeping a good balance.
This domain is my lifetime passion, that’s why I spent 7 years in it so far, plus 5years as a professional footballer working with the best conditioning coaches. My football career was ended by a series of injuries on my knees to the point that I was recommended to retire early as the risks were not worth it. That incident put me in a dark place for a while and it was just getting harder. I have hit rock bottom at a very young age, I was in the early stages of anorexia and something needed to change. That’s how my fitness journey started.

It is definitely not an easy journey to start, change is hard for all of us, I was in that spot myself, but after some time it gets better and now, I wouldn’t be able to live without it!
My goal is to help you build what I have built myself. A healthy lifestyle where you will feel great about yourself, be healthy and get to enjoy life at its fullest, because at the end of the day, that’s what it is all about. A perfect balance between mind and body.
