Hi, my name is Beth!
As a busy, working mum myself, I understand how difficult it can be to fit the gym into your hectic schedule; but I also know how important health and fitness is. It is so much more than just the gym; it’s also the food you put into your body, how much sleep you get each night and living pain free. Therefore, we will look at all of these things.
I specialise in weight loss, increasing fitness levels and helping you get stronger – physically and mentally – my goal is to empower you both in the gym and in your everyday life. By working with me, I will show you how to incorporate fitness into your current lifestyle. Together, we will make a plan that is realistic and sustainable for you so that you can achieve your health and fitness goals whilst still enjoying life!
