Sports, health, nutrition and fitness have been a tremendously important part of my life for the past 10 years.
Over time I have increased my interest in sports, health and fitness and recently developed a passion for weightlifting.
For the last seven years, I have dedicated myself to improving my both my mental and physical capabilities by alternating several styles of evidence-based training modalities to enhance my physical performance.
To sum things up I am very passionate about achieving my goals and helping others reach theirs.
