I come from a background in outdoor pursuits and I'm really passionate about staying active, so I decided to transfer my experience into working as a Personal Trainer.

I've never had a naturally athletic physique and I understand the struggles of working hard to achieve your goals, to which I've dedicated many years.

I also understand the benefits of exercise from a health perspective and I want to help others experience them too.

I have an understanding of diet, nutrition and lifestyle and how to combine those elements with exercise. I can offer advice and support with meal ideas and healthier alternatives.

I have a real desire to help people experience a better quality of life through fitness, which is a goal I'm always striving towards myself!
