Hi, I'm Ben...

To sum up my approach to Personal Training, I am a firm believer that your body should never subtract from your life - but add to it. Not everybody is a bodybuilder, nor do I believe they should be! However, if your body doesn't empower you, you're looking at the solution.

My goal is to inspire, educate and motivate you so that you can live your life mentally and physically free from the burden that is unhappiness with your health/physique!

I employ an approach that prioritizes sustainability, individuality and results. Most importantly, there is never a dull day when training with me!
