Andy Palmer
Feeling below par has become normal. It’s not normal, it’s just really common!
Over time we accept a slow decline in daily performance, energy levels and general health along with an increase in our waistlines. The good news is whilst very common, this is by no means inevitable.
Get your mojo back – make a few simple lifestyle changes, commit to a little effort, get outside of your comfort zone and start to feel great again!
My health passion has come via my own personal experience of losing 15kg and keeping it off, putting long term debilitating back problems into remission and getting my metabolic health back on track – lowering blood pressure, improving cholesterol profile and stabilising blood glucose.
This journey has led to my personal interest in using functional fitness and strength training to improve the quality of everyday life – try it yourself – dropping a few kilos (or losing a few cms) and gaining strength can make everyday life easier, healthier and much more fun.
It’s possible to make significant health improvements with small changes combined with effective training methods. Endless hours in the gym and not required, a few effective ones are.
Whether you’re looking to tone up a little, lose some weight, get stronger or improve the quality of your daily nutrition I can help with straightforward advice, effective programme planning together with fun and productive gym sessions.
One to one gym sessions are typical, but so are one to two if you feel like having the extra support of training with a friend.
Feel free to contact me via phone or email or say Hi next time you’re at the gym.
