Hey there! My name is Andy and I've had a big passion for fitness and sport for most of my life. I've played football, rugby and basketball from a young age, so I've always had a good discipline for general fitness. During my adult years, I wanted to push myself that little further and really develop my body and mind in many ways. I've since trained in many areas such as parkour, Muay Thai kickboxing, martial arts and gymnastics, all of which offer many different qualities and disciplines both physically and mentally.
I decided to become a Personal Trainer after seeing the changes that I was able to make to myself and the amount of enjoyment I derived from it. I loved the thought of passing my knowledge on to other people like you. So if you're brand new to the fitness industry or if you would like to try some new ideas, come and find me.
