Andrew Haycock
From a young age I have been interested in a wide range of sports but my own weight and physical fitness stopped me from taking it further. I went through a 65lb weight loss and it changed my life and motivated me to pursue a career within the fitness industry.
To begin with I focused on my endurance training and competed in swimming and running events achieving top 10. After completing fitness development at college I applied for the Royal Marines and trained hard for the application. I now, alongside my business, do a Nutrition degree and will soon be a registered nutritionist which I think is beneficial because your food is important alongside our training which I can support and advise on.
I’ve experienced it with myself and my own fitness journey and can empathise with my clients. Whether it's weight loss, muscle gain or endurance training I’ve practiced in all areas and want to help my clients do the same.
