A significant part of myself is constant developing whether it's physically or mentally. I have never been satisfied with wherever I was in my life and this continues until this day. I have always looked for a way to get out of my comfort zone because I know for sure that it offers me progress. Evolution happens during your most vulnerable and most painful of situations.

There is sacrifice and risk involved but the reward is greater. Since I have started training, I have gained benefits like improved health, strength and above all discipline. I have realised that I am responsible for myself and my wellbeing. Excuses are only going to drag me down.

My role as a Personal Trainer is simple, to offer you guidance and the necessary tools to bring yourself to that point where you can be happy with yourself but also strive to achieve more and more every day. You will learn to develop your discipline and to replace habits that might be unfavorable for you with better ones.

We will establish your goals and needs and we will work together to achieve them. I have always been involved in sports like swimming and basketball when I was younger and then I started training with weights and I continue to educate myself in various aspects of the field. I'm a certified level 2 and 3 Personal TrainerĀ and I know I can help you.
