I can guarantee you’ll have a fun, interesting and eventful workout every week. On top of that I will push you to your limits that you’ll hate me and love me at the same time. I’m a very easy person to get along with and have an extremely positive attitude towards life.

A significant part of my journey was about four years ago, standing in the mirror attempting to squeeze into my size 12 jeans when in reality I was a comfortable size 14 and unhappy.

I decided enough was enough and took to the gym, within three months I dropped from a 14 to a size 8 and I’ve managed to keep the weight off through exercise, discipline and a good diet.
