Hello, welcome to PureGym.
My name is Anas and I'm here to help you work towards your goals. I want to inspire people to become the best version of themselves, whether that be to lose weight, gain weight or increase fitness levels.
I specifically aim myself towards people who want to start weight training or boxing. I train people as beginners but also clients who are very familiar with the gym environment and weight training and boxing but want their training to be pushed to a new level.
I like to emphasise the importance of weight training, and boxing, especially for women. A few years ago it was pretty much unheard of seeing a woman in the weights area, or a boxing gym whereas now it is being promoted as part of a healthy lifestyle, whether your goals are fat loss, muscle gain or strength.
I am a professional boxer and boxing coach so I have a lot of experience in this subject and it is something I am hugely passionate about. I have competed in boxing competitions and have qualified to a national level. I have also competed in athletics - 400m, 800m and half-marathons.
