Hey, I’m Amy!
I’ve been in the industry for over nine years as a Personal Trainer and a sports injury therapist. I have two main goals I am passionate about helping people achieve.
I love empowering women in both body and mind through showing them how enjoyable and beneficial weight training is and working on mindsets to help them achieve a sustainable lifestyle that not only gets them the results they want but allows them to keep them forever! I created “The sturdy Table Principle” to make doing that even simpler.
I also really enjoy helping people achieve the freedom of living a pain-free life through improved posture, injury rehab, muscular rebalancing and strength.
