Hi, I'm Amy, 

My own fitness journey started four years ago. I used to spend hours running on a treadmill and not making any progress, all I knew was doing cardio! 

I was finding that I was getting bored easily and losing motivation. 

I decided to get my own Personal Trainer three years ago, and through this I found a whole new love for the gym. I realised that the gym is so much more than just running on a treadmill and can be fun, rewarding, using equipment you never thought you would be brave enough to use. 

My aim as a PT, is to help you find that love for the gym that I have. I know from my own experience, what it is like to have gym fear or gym anxiety, which is why I will be with you every step of the way to help you achieve your goals. 

I specialise in toning building muscle and weight loss.
