Aimee Hall-Guy
Fitness, for me, has always been a way of life. When I was little I started playing football - eventually getting a place in the team at Havant and Waterlooville Ladies, up until recently where I coached the under 6's boys football (which is more challenging than you may think!). I’ve tried every sport I got the opportunity to have a go at, no matter how rubbish I was, I even fought in a charity boxing match for Cancer Research – luckily, black eyes were avoided but a stiff neck certainly wasn't!
I never thought I would be where I am now, but I firmly believe you should push yourself outside your comfort zone. If there is something you want, go and get it don't sit back and wait for it.
If you are a lady and you want to learn to lift weights or just build your confidence in the gym, please come and have a chat with me. I made the decision just to train women as I know how nerve racking it is when you don’t know what you are doing (I was there once).
Likes: Boxing, Lifting Weights, Positive attitudes, Singing & Dancing (badly), Travelling and food!
I run a boxfit class outside of the gym at Portchester Community Centre as well as in Havant – I also offer various different packages (text me for more details), including 30 minute pad work sessions.
