To me, Personal Training is more than nutrition and exercise alone. It’s about wellbeing - supporting someone on a journey, providing the guidance and encouragement to an individual, enabling you to succeed with your goals through an improved mindset.

By expanding your knowledge and confidence in a variety of exercise moves and techniques, it will increase your self confidence and self esteem, which in turn will motivate you to achieve your desired weight loss and muscle tone. Confidence with fitness!

I’ve always been fairly active, however I was in a car accident when I was 17, so I have shied away from lifting weights, to ‘protect’ my back, sticking to classes or cardio machines. I have also suffered with anxiety and the symptoms of really low self confidence, to a point where I didn’t want to exist. Signing up with a Personal Trainer I gained improved strength and range of movement in my back and shoulders, whilst my self confidence and energy soared!

And that’s why I became a Personal Trainer, to use my experiences, to share my knowledge, providing not just a workout but a lifestyle support, so that every day of the week you move closer towards your goal, through Nutrition.Exercise.Wellbeing.
