Amber Richardson

My Name is Amber I am an active wife of a soldier and mum of 3. Sport and exercise has always played a huge role throughout my life. Being a competitive swimmer throughout my teen years, swimming at both club and county level, to more recently going to the gym and exercise classes on a regular basis, taking part in various 5k, 10k, 10 mile runs for charity, obstacle runs and sprint triathlons.

Like many people I too have struggled with body confidence issues finding losing pregnancy weight hard after the birth of my little boy in November 2015, so decided to gain knowledge and qualifications to understand my body and the struggles I was encountering in more depth, I qualified as a personal trainer in March 2018, with all this I feel confident in helping others achieve their health and fitness goals, develop routines, improve confidence in themselves, the gym and with new equipment, but more importantly providing variety, individualised, goal specific, effective, safe and enjoyable training.

With a combination of my knowledge, ongoing training and guidance, and your determination, focus and goals, I feel we can work together to achieve your goals and great results.
