My passion and love for fitness started once I began to overcome my fear of the gym in order to tackle my unhealthy lifestyle. When I began training, I was very intimidated by the gym and so I only used cardio machines, however, as I became introduced to weight training and different styles of training, I began to really enjoy my gym sessions and started to see the results I wanted.
I want to pass on my knowledge and enthusiasm for training and so whether you are a person who struggles with self-confidence and nerves, or someone who just wants to make the most of out of their training, I am an approachable person waiting to help you transform into the healthiest, happiest and most confident version of yourself!
