There is no reason why you cannot train like an athlete, and that is what I believe, you can always be fitness ready for everyday action.
I have been in the fitness industry for a good few years now but have always loved playing sports even from a young age. With this in mind, I try and train myself and clients prepped and ready for anything whether it is sports specific or everyday function. I am determined to get you there.
This is with a mixture or cardiovascular and weights training, but ultimately that all depends on you and what your goals are. I look forward to hearing from you and seeing you around the gym.
