My own health and fitness journey started in 2012 when I decided that I was ready to transform my life and start taking control! Through creating sustainable changes, I was able to go from being a complete exercise novice who had never set foot in a gym to qualifying as a Personal Trainer in 2017 and competing in powerlifting competitions.
My experiences from my own fitness journey have given me a unique understanding of how difficult it can be to get started with a fitness routine, it can be overwhelming at times! I want to help you reach your goals and be your biggest supporter on your journey. As a trainer I will always give 100% to everything we do and all I ask is that you put the same effort in too. With that there is nothing we can’t achieve whether you want to lose weight, build muscle or just feel strong!
Your guidance from me doesn’t only apply to during sessions, if you have questions, concerns or little victories I want to know about them! It is vital to me that I work as closely as I can with each client in order to make this work for you as a long-term change and not a quick fix. All plans are 100% tailored to you and your needs, there are never any cookie cutter programmes if you’re working with me! Whatever you need in order to build your confidence and your body I will always find a way to make it happen.
