I have been involved in competitive sport from a young age, I had developed my resilience and fitness to support me on my path to become a professional bodybuilder. I have been working within the fitness industry since 2011 in supplement sales, as a gym instructor and wellness advisor.
I have built a knowledge base covering weight gain or loss, building muscle, lifestyle improvement, and nutritional advice. My training methods include HIIT, weights, circuits, CV, flexibility and bodyweight training.
